Stagnation

For all intents and purposes
from most angles perhaps even
it would apear stagnation has set in
but even the most stagnant stream [(of conciousness)?]
is inhabited by
microbes
spreading algae
multiplying mosquitoes
stinging at your exterior
covering you
in itches
that eventually
cannot be anything
but scratched
even the most lost soul
can always be brought back
by the need
to scratch
